How might we simplify the data entry process in order to reduce the amount of time team members spend maintaining spreadsheets?

New inputs are easily captured using Microsoft Forms and inputs are automatically recorded in a SharePoint list using Microsoft Flow

After inputs are recorded, MS Flow generates a series of notifications and a connection between the SharePoint list and MS PowerBI automatically updates a data visualization
CREATING THE FLOW

Using conditional logic, MS Flow creates a post in a specific team and channel and sends an email in Outlook
