New processes were documented by creating a series of "knowledge base" style pages in SharePoint that could be easily edited, referenced, and shared.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Sharing documentation in many different ways - including wiki pages, videos, and one-on-one meetings - was a part of managing the change and establishing norms around the new processes.
